The Mold Making Team of SERDAR PLASTİK uses advanced quality control techniques in each step of production, because they know that the quality of the mold is the major factor in specifying the quality of the parts.



In order to increase the mold life, increase the machining accuracy, reduce the machining time, CNC milling (High Speed Cutting Technology), CNC Lathe , CNC Wire EDM, CNC Sink EDM and EDM Drilling Machine is used to satisfy the earliest delivery times

65% of the mold making department capacity is used for new mold making, 15% for "zero ppm" apparatus, 20% for modifications and maintenance of the production molds
