SERDAR PLASTİK, which produces plastic parts up to 3000 gr (up to the clamping force of 700 tons), continues to produce especially technical, high accuracy parts and injection molds in its own factory, which is built on an area of 5,000 m2.

SERDAR PLASTİK works with mechanical and chemical engineers, to design plastic parts to customer specifications, to analyse (such as mechanism, stress and plastic filling analysis), to produce prototypes, to design molds and manufacture them using advanced computer software (CAD-CAM softwares, such as Cimatron, I-deas, Generative Machining, SmartCAM, Goelan, Cadkey) and CNC machine tools.

Where needed SERDAR PLASTİK by providing over 25 years of experiences in injection molding and mold making with high level and advanced technologies, works with his customers for co-engineering part design and developments where correct results can be obtained in most economical and rapid way.

SERDAR PLASTİK Mold Making Team, including professional and experienced engineers and highly skilled technicians, uses advanced CNC and conventional machine tools for satisfaction of the high precision mold requests of the customers.

The Mold Making Team of SERDAR PLASTİK uses advanced quality control techniques in each step of production, because they know that the quality of the mold is the major factor in specifying the quality of the parts.

In order to increase the mold life, increase the machining accuracy, reduce the machining time, CNC Milling (High Speed Cutting Technology), CNC Wire EDM, CNC Sink EDM and EDM Drilling Machine is used to satisfy the earliest delivery times.

Experienced members of the Injection Molding Team use 21 CNC injection molding machines (up to 700 tons clamping force or up to 3000 grams), which are designed for manufacturing highly accurate and precise technical plastic parts.

SERDAR PLASTİK Injection Molding Team uses advanced quality control techniques (such as SPC) to keep all of the process parameters inside limits.

SERDAR PLASTİK can also produce parts with two component injection molding technology (hard-soft technology).

Quality Assurance Team is aware of the fact that high quality requirements can be satisfied primarily during the production process, therefore it focuses on the process inputs and parameters. Our motto is to produce Quality, not to control or fix it.
